CHARITIS

CHARITIS is administered by a Board of Directors, a Management Board and a General Assembly.

The Board of Directors is made up of directors who are the permanent secretaries. It is the governance body of CHARITIS and works to respect the ethics of the organization, the rules of conduct and the vision. It can authorize all acts and operations authorized for the organization and which are not reserved for the Ordinary or Extraordinary General Meeting.

The Management Board is the management structure of CHARITIS which carries out a program of activities in accordance with the orientations of the Board of Directors. It includes members appointed for a one-year term. These are  :

• A general manager and a deputy (elected)

• The chairmen of the committees are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer and validated by the Board of Directors. Committees headed by directors and reporting to the CEO. They are placed under the supervision of the Secretary General.

The committees are set up by the Chief Executive Officer on the basis of the projects to be carried out and after validation by the Board of Directors. 

A distinction is made between the following commissions:
o   Staff committee
o   Environment Commission
o   Social Commission
o   Health Commission
o   Education & Culture Commission
o   Justice and Human Rights Commission
